Shipping Method

All orders placed through hairmxthailand.com are subject to the following terms and conditions for shipping:

1. Free shipping within Thailand.

2. Products will be shipped within 24 hours of the working day after payment is notified and verified.

3. The standard shipping provider selected by HairMax (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is Kerry, but the customer may request a change to Thailand Post.

4. After shipping, the Company will notify the customer of the parcel tracking number through the channel the customer used to contact them.

5. Adding parcel insurance is an expense to be borne by the customer, with a maximum insurance coverage of 50,000 Baht. The fee for purchasing insurance depends on the shipping company, and the customer must notify the Company of the intent to add insurance before paying for the products.

6. The standard insurance coverage provided by the shipping companies is 2,000 Baht.

7. In case of an unexpected issue or circumstance causing a delay in shipping and delivery, the Company will notify the customer within 24 hours.

8. The Company's normal working hours for shipping are Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays and national holidays, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

9. Delivery to the customer takes approximately 24–48 hours for the Bangkok Metropolitan Area, and approximately 24–76 hours for provincial areas, counting from the time the Company notifies the customer of the shipment.

10. Customers can track the parcel using the tracking number on the respective shipping provider's website.
