Product Warranty
Definitions

Product means the laser devices HairMax Ultima 9 Classic, HairMax Ultima 12, HairMax Lasercomb 41, HairMax Lasercomb 82, HairMax Flip 80, and HairMax Laser 272.

Customer means a person who purchases a laser device from HairMax (Thailand) Co., Ltd. or from the Company's authorized dealers.

Company means HairMax (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Product Warranty
All models of laser devices* from HairMax (Thailand) Co., Ltd. are covered by a limited-time warranty from the Company, subject to the following terms and conditions:

The warranty covers only products legally distributed or imported into the Kingdom of Thailand by HairMax (Thailand) Co., Ltd. only. It does not include products imported by other distributors or through other channels. HairMax (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is the official distributor of HairMax products.

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of device purchase** (For customers who register the warranty via online channels within 30 days from the date of purchase, the warranty will be extended to 24 months. For more details, please contact the Company's communication channels).

The warranty covers the device itself (the comb or headband containing the laser diodes, the battery, and the rechargeable cradle) but does not cover other accessories such as the power adapter and power cord.

Accessories, such as the power adapter, have a warranty period of 6 months, but this does not include the power cord or charging cable.

The warranty is reserved only for devices that still have the product s/n (serial number) label attached. The Company reserves the right to refuse warranty service for devices without the product s/n label.

The product must be used correctly and appropriately according to the instructions, under normal conditions only. It must not be modified, augmented, or used for unintended purposes. If any such action or improper use is detected, the warranty is considered void.

The warranty will be immediately terminated if the device is tampered with and/or opened internally by others or by a person who is not from HairMax (Thailand) Co., Ltd. An expert will evaluate and decide on the issue of the device being opened. The expert's decision is final.

The warranty does not cover cases where the product is dropped, has broken or damaged marks, is dropped in water, or has water enter the device causing a short circuit, resulting from use that deviates from the instructions provided, or caused by accident or user negligence, or any other cause not resulting from use under normal conditions.

The warranty does not cover scratches on the device, broken comb teeth, stains, discoloration, or separation of seams caused by accidents or any other cause not originating from manufacturing.

The warranty does not cover cases of power surges or short circuits from inappropriate use or using any charging accessories not provided with the product.

To request repair or warranty service, the product must be sent along with the receipt, delivery note, cash bill, proof of purchase documents, or warranty card. The duration for inspection, repair, or replacement will be within 7–14 working days from the date the Company receives the product back from the customer.

After the product is repaired, the warranty period is renewed for another 6 months, counted from the date the product is shipped out from the Company, thereby canceling all remaining old warranty periods.

For maintenance or repair outside of the warranty, the Company will charge additional fees, which may include an inspection and assessment fee, repair service fee, spare parts cost, and shipping cost for returning the product to the customer. The Company will notify the customer for approval before proceeding.

Products for warranty claims can be sent to the address at the end of this warranty condition document. The customer must contact the Company to clarify the issue through the channels provided by the Company (such as email, phone, Line, Facebook, etc.) before sending the product.

The cost of shipping the product back to the Company for a warranty claim is the responsibility of the customer, but the Company will cover the shipping cost for sending the repaired product back to the customer (in cases where the product is still under warranty).

If the product meets the warranty conditions, the Company reserves the right to consider repairing, replacing only certain parts, or replacing the entire new device for the customer as appropriate for the case.

The Company reserves the right not to return products found to be misused, not meeting the warranty conditions, or past the warranty period if the customer does not contact them for further action.

The Company reserves the right to change and modify the product warranty conditions. Customers can check the current conditions additionally on the hairmaxthailand.com website under the Product Warranty menu.
Note:
** Based on the shipping date or the date stamped on the receipt, delivery note, or cash bill.
*** If there is no warranty card, receipt, or cash bill, and the device code cannot be verified as having been properly imported by HairMax (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the laser device is considered out of warranty. This is to prevent counterfeiting or fraudulent warranty claims.
